Your MOT expires once a year. You think you'll remember. You won't.
Driving without a valid MOT invalidates your car insurance. If you're in an accident, you're personally liable for everything. Plus there's a fine of up to £1,000. All because you forgot a date.
The simplest MOT reminder
Add "MOT DUE" as a one-off task in again with the date set a week before your MOT expires. You'll get a text giving you time to book it. Reply DONE when it's booked.
After you've had the MOT done, set a new one-off reminder for next year. Or set it as an annual recurring task and never think about it again.
Works for everything annual
MOT, car tax, insurance renewal, boiler service, chimney sweep. All the things that happen once a year and always catch you off guard. Set each one up in again, get a text when it's time, reply DONE. That's it.
